Fenix Arts is dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for young artists to explore their creativity and express themselves authentically. Our Fenix Youth Refuge Experience (F.Y.R.E.) after-school art program is specifically designed for students ages 12 – 18 who identify as part of the LGBTQAI+ community and allies.

In partnership with Mt. Sequoyah, The FYRE program offers engaging art activities and mentorship opportunities to support the artistic growth and personal development of participants.

Through the FYRE program, students have the opportunity to:

- Explore their artistic talents and interests in a supportive and affirming environment.

- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced artists who understand their unique perspectives and identities.

- Connect with peers who share similar experiences and interests, fostering a sense of belonging and community.

- Develop confidence, self-expression, and creative problem-solving skills that can benefit them both in and out of the art studio.
